Good News for Germantown Homeowners
Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® (MAAR) is reporting favorable numbers for homeowners in Germantown.
Germantown home sales for March increased 27.8% from a year ago, with 69 total sales recorded in the MAAR data property records database. Germantown sales were up 82% from February, when there were 38 total sales. Average sales price from March-to-March was up 15.8%, at $345,275. For the entire Memphis-area, sales increased 17.1% overall. Overall, sales of homes in Germantown brought the highest average sales price of any area in Shelby, Fayette and Tipton Counties.
