The Public Services Department consists of the following divisions: Street and Drainage, Water, Sewer and Animal Control. This department provides administrative and directive functions to the Animal Control Division and Utility Fund. It is our goal to consistently serve the businesses and residents of Germantown.
The Street and Drainage Division maintains and repairs curbs and gutters, handicap access ramps, cross walks, street signs and more than 220 miles of surface roadway, in addition to seasonal maintenance and repair of 35 miles of concrete and earthen ditches.
The Public Services Department provides staffing support for the Germantown Environmental Commission.
