The Great Hall & Conference Center is a hidden business and reception jewel in the heart of Germantown. Nestled in trees and set below street level, you’ll forget you’re in a busy suburban area and be whisked away to worlds of your own making. And if you’re here on business, your attendees will be freed of distractions, with all necessities available on-site.
Whether it’s a small business luncheon or a wedding reception fit for a king and queen, a children’s party or a corporate staff social, is a luxurious setting for either luncheons and banquets or parties and receptions.
Add the high-tech Conference Center Theatre, and you have the perfect setting for your meeting, presentation, training session or conference. Break-out rooms are available in the adjoining Great Hall, where trade shows can also be held.

We have May 18th, June 8th, July 6th, August 3rd, September 14th, September 21st and October 26th, and November 16th.
Our Saturday rates include setup/breakdown, tables and chairs, 24' x 24' dance floor, LED lights, standard linens, staging, projector and screen, balcony and bistro tables and more. Saturday rentals are from 9 a.m. until midnight.
