Patron Account LoginNew users follow these steps to access a library account: • Go to
Patron Account Login.
• Enter your Germantown Community Library card number as your User ID.
• The default PIN for your account is CHANGEME, which must be entered in all capital letters.
• Click on the login to the library OPAC button found below where you entered your PIN.
• Click on the words My Account, listed along the bottom of the darker blue section of the screen.
• Click on the User PIN Change link.
• You will be prompted to enter your old PIN and then your new PIN.
• Click on the Change PIN button to complete the process.
• Remember your new PIN.
