C’mon out to the Farm Park!
The Bobby Lanier Farm Park is a 10-acre education and demonstration center for sustainable living through agriculture and stewardship.  The park is partially closed for construction and will fully re-open in the late summer with a new multipurpose facility. The project is made possible by funding from a Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation grant and the City of Germantown.  Sustainable Sites Initiative standards are being used in the overall master plan for all park improvements, demonstrating the City's desire to practice and demonstrate environmental stewardship.  For more information, contact Joni Roberts at 757-7378 or

Public access begins on 2660 Cross Country Drive. The new entrance drive is located just north of the entrance to Germantown Elementary School, 2740 Cross Country.

Park Hours
The Farm Park will be partially closed to the public for construction of new amenities and site improvements during the spring and summer of 2015. However, limited gardening activities, some evening programs like market nights and a few group tours will be scheduled. If your group would like to tour the facilities or schedule a speaker to present the "Coming Soon to the Farm Park" lecture, contact Joni Roberts at 757-7378 or
