The City of Germantown Human Resource Department is responsible for providing human resource support services to all city employees. Areas of responsibility include:
• Recruitment, selection and orientation of new employees
• Personnel administration
• Payroll processing
• Classification and salary administration
• Administration of employee benefits
• Safety management and workers compensation
The Human Resources office is located inside Germantown Municipal Center, 1930 South Germantown Road, at the intersection of Germantown Road and Farmington Boulevard. Click here for a map.
