All traffic related offenses, City code violations and arraignments for criminal offenses are handled in Germantown Municipal Court. The judicial staff consists of two elected part-time judges, a part-time chief prosecutor, several part-time assistant prosecuting attorneys, a public defender and court staff.
Court Sessions
Court is in session in the council chambers of the Municipal Center every Wednesday. Map it.
Juvenile Court is held on the first two Thursday evenings of each month at 7 p.m.
Automated enforcement ticket cases, also known as red light camera tickets, are heard on the second Thursday of each month.
On the third Thursday of the month the Driving, Drug and Alcohol Awareness class for First Offenders program takes place in the council chambers. Check-in begins at 5:15 p.m.
