City Zoning Map
In order to regulate and restrict the location and use of buildings and land for commercial, residential and other purposes and to regulate and restrict the height of buildings, size of yards, and density, the city created zoning districts. Click here to view the City Zoning Map.

Click here to view a table that summarizes the bulk requirements for each zoning district. All regulations for each zoning district can be accessed via the code of ordinances. Please Note that the City established Old Germantown (OG) districts to preserve the original village feel of the city. The "OG" and "OG-1" districts do not have specific bulk requirements as other established zoning districts. Instead the requirements for the zoning district most similar to the proposed use in Old Germantown shall be used as guides. Please contact the Planning Division at (901) 757-7281 for further information regarding Old Germantown districts.
