go! Germantown - Events, activities and programming from the Germantown Community Library, GPAC, the Germantown Athletic Club, Parks and Recreation, and Germantown's Bobby Lanier Farm Park are included, plus stories about Germantown neighbors and neighborhoods.

GPAC - Enjoy world-renowned performing artists in a variety of genres, year round educational activities for all ages including the GPAC Youth Symphony Orchestra, rotating visual art exhibits and many community events.

Germantown Community Library - Germantown Community Library offers wildly popular story times, book clubs, special events and learning opportunities for all ages.

Parks and Recreation - The department organizes many of the City's special events and offers playgrounds, programs, sports, farm park fun and a dog park.

Germantown Athletic Club - GAC is more than a facility with treadmills, kettlebells and pools. It's a place where fitness journeys are made, friendships are cultivated and personal limits are exceeded. Whether it’s Coffee Club, a Dive In Movie, our Annual Chill & Grill or a simple 30-minute date with the rowing machine, you will call Germantown Athletic Club your new home away from home. 

Healthy Germantown - Whether promoting physical activity, healthy eating, or stopping tobacco use, Healthy Germantown provides the community resources to help citizens embrace a healthy lifestyle and encourage your neighbors to do the same.

Festival of Fun and Fright

Fairy Tale Trail, 6 to 8 p.m., Trail of Terror, 7 to 9 p.m. 
Fee: $4 per person per trail, free games 

Halloween doesn't have to be scary to be fun! Little ones are sure to enjoy the Fairy Tale Trail presented by the Germantown Community Theater's All Children's Theater. Looking for a bit more fright in your night? Dare to walk the Trail of Terror presented by Houston High School student government. Come in costume and enjoy concessions, carnival games and moon bounces.
