Construction is set to begin on the first phase of the Glasgow development following the recording of the final plat for Phase 1A.

Located north of Farmington Boulevard between Kimbrough Road and Allenby Road, Phase 1A encompasses 34.2 acres of the 177-acre development and includes 61 residential lots. Construction will begin with the community clubhouse, which will serve as an anchor for the neighborhood.

The three-phase Glasgow Planned Unit Development (PUD) outline plan was approved by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen in January 2022. When complete, the development is planned to include 366 homes.

As infrastructure work moves into the active construction phase, the City will continue to provide updates on the neighborhood’s progress.
