Online Water Bill Payments and Information               Water Quality Report

Germantown’s two water treatment plants produce an average of 7.1 million gallons of fresh, clean water from the Memphis sand aquifer each day. The City has the capacity to produce 24 million gallons daily. Water is our City's greatest natural resource and should be conserved for our future.

Apply for Service

To arrange water service, apply in person at the front counter at Germantown City Hall, 1930 S. Germantown Road. A $75 deposit is required for homeowners. Renters pay a total of $150 which includes a $75 deposit and $75 application fee. Download a residential application or commercial application, and solid waste service selection form, or contact Angela Hollister at or (901) 751-7605 for more information.
