While City offices are closed on select holidays, the following schedule affects trash collection. Please read carefully. Collection schedules are subject to change.

2026 Holidays 

New Year's - Thursday, January 1, is a holiday. Thursday and Friday collection will be delayed by one day following the holiday.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day - Monday, January 19, is a holiday. Collection will be delayed one day for the entire week.

Memorial Day - Monday, May 25, is a holiday. Collection will be delayed one day for the entire week.

Labor Day - Monday, September 7, is a holiday. Collection will be delayed one day for the entire week.

Thanksgiving - Thursday, November 26, is a holiday. Thursday and Friday collection will be delayed one day.

Christmas - Friday, December 25, is a holiday. Friday collection will be delayed one day.

The solid waste collection schedule does not change for Presidents' Day, Good Friday, Columbus Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July or Veterans Day. The regular collection will be in effect during those weeks.
