The Economic and Community Development (ECD) Department, located at 1920 S. Germantown Road, provides professional and technical services in the fields of planning, land use and control, sign ordinance administration, city design aesthetics and public art and code compliance.  The ECD Department consists of three divisions:  Code Compliance, Planning and Public Art. Staff members provide support to the Planning, Design Review, Public Art and Economic Development Commissions in addition to the Board of Zoning Appeals and the Industrial Development Board.
