Germantown Neighborhood Services Division acts as the information resource center for City services and residential solid waste collection, along with issuing some permits for residential property improvements, such as: fences, accessary structures, and pools, and enforcing City Code compliance. Code Compliance

Code compliance officers promote and preserve the safety and beauty of Germantown's neighborhoods through fair enforcement of the City Code of Ordinances. Neighborhoods

The City of Germantown has 76 organized neighborhood/homeowners associations within its boundaries. Residents enjoy friendship, fellowship, a sense of security and a strong connection to the Germantown community through participation in these groups.
