Everybody’s Tree House at Riverdale Park is a place for everybody to experience nature through play. The innovative model addresses the need for all children - of all abilities - to play. Everybody’s Tree House is inclusive for people of all abilities and incorporates play with elements of nature. The playground structure incorporates activities for moderate to vigorous physical activity. Structures include a tree house with access to people of all abilities, swings, gliders and more.

Everybody’s Tree House is currently open for play with future enhancements being planned. The second phase of funding has now been secured and will pay for a gathering plaza, outdoor classroom, site signage, a recognition stone and elevated sand boxes. Eventually, the park will also include an entrance arch, nature screens, interactive play gardens and more.

This 20-acre park also contains a street hockey rink, a pavilion, picnic sites with tables, grills and trash receptacles, a lighted softball field, a batting cage, a concession building, restrooms, two lighted tennis courts, two small softball practice fields, ADA-accessible playground equipment and a drinking fountain. Parking is available on Neshoba Road.

Cone Park

This 1.2-acre park in Cedar Lake subdivision contains an ADA-accessible tot lot, open play area, walking trail and drinking fountain.

Depot Park
2260 West Street
This two-acre park at the Norfolk Southern Railway contains the historic train depot which serves as a museum  This park is open Saturdays 1 to 4 p.m. and is the site of spring and fall depot concerts. Limited parking is available.

Dogwood Park
8970 Ashmere Road
This six-acre park adjacent to Dogwood Elementary contains a playground, two lighted tennis courts, a .25 mile walking trail, an outdoor basketball court, a ball diamond, a bike trail between the parking lot and the school, picnic tables, grills, trash containers and a drinking fountain.

Farmington Park
2020 Cordes Road
This 10-acre park adjacent to Farmington Elementary contains two lighted tennis courts, an ADA-accessible playground tot lot, a lighted soccer/baseball field, basketball courts, two junior t-ball fields, restrooms, parking and a drinking fountain.

Forgey Park
1695 Riverdale Road
This five-acre park contains two picnic tables, grills, an ADA-accessible playground, a jogging and walking trail, benches, a small lake and a large open playing area. The off-leash dog area is also located at this park.

Grove Park
1610 Hearty Oaks Lane
This 13-acre park within the Grove Park subdivision contains an eight-acre lake and trails.

Howard-McVay Park
7335 McVay Road
This 14-acre heavily-wooded west section of the park contains a pavilion, two playgrounds (one ADA accessible), picnic tables, grills, benches, drinking fountain, parking and trash receptacles. The east section contains a lake with a walking trail and wooded area.

Morgan Woods Park
7725 Poplar Pike
This 14-acre park between C.O. Franklin Park and Oaklawn Gardens subdivision contains hiking trails and several picnic sites with tables and grills.

Germantown Station Park
3061 Laurinburg Circle
This six-acre park contains a two-acre fishing lake with a fountain, an ADA-accessible playground, a sand volleyball court, eight picnic sites with tables, grills, trash receptacles and a water fountain.

Fort Germantown
3085 Honey Tree Drive
This five-acre park is located on Honey Tree Drive south of Poplar Pike. It’s a historic landmark of a federal redoubt during the Civil War. The site is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Nashoba Park
1236 South Germantown Road
This 18-acre park contains the first portion of the Greenway, a stocked eight-acre lake, a half-mile paved trail along the river, benches, grills and trash receptacles and is connected to the western section of the Greenway.

Poplar Estates Park
1130 Poplar Estates Parkway at Wynterball Drive
This 10-acre park at the north end of Poplar Estates Parkway contains playground equipment, a half-court basketball court, picnic sites with tables, grills and trash receptacles, two large open play areas, walking trails, a wooded area and a drinking fountain.

Landsdowne Park
2045 West Arden Oaks Drive
This quaint neighborhood park features a paved walking path that surrounds the lake with benches.
